ONCE YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THROUGH THE POLICIES LISTED BELOW:

  • YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING EMAILS FROM US:
     

  1. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL 1 WEEK AHEAD. (IF TIME ALLOWS)

  2. A REMINDER EMAIL 1 DAY IN ADVANCE.
     

  • WE DO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE READ EACH EMAIL VERY CAREFULLY, AS THE INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THEM IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE PREPARED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
     

  • IF YOU DEVELOP ANY COLD OF FLU SYMPTOMS THE DAY BEFORE ON ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN RESCHEDULE.

  • SHOULD YOU NEED TO MOVE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE DO ASK THAT YOU DO SO WITH AT LEAST 72 BUSINESS HOURS NOTICE (UNLESS CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS).
     

  • WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ARTWORK BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED. SHOULD YOU NOTICE SOMETHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE AFTER THE APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS YOU'RE ABLE TO. LIKELY, WE WILL NEED TO POSTPONE YOUR BOOKING UNTIL THE ARTWORK IS FINALIZED.
     

  • IF YOU ARE 16 OR 17 YEARS OR AGE, WE WILL REQUIRE THAT ONE OF YOUR PARENTS COME INTO THE STUDIO BEFORE OR ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO FILL OUT YOUR CONSENT FORM. SINCE WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED 1 CLIENT PER ARTIST, WE ASK THAT YOUR PARENT PLEASE COME IN FIRST ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. ONCE THEY HAVE FINISHED THE PAPERWORK, WE WILL SEND THEM OUT & YOU CAN COME IN.
     

  • IF YOU ARE 21 & YOUNGER (OUR MINIMUM AGE IS 16 WITH PARENTAL CONSENT), WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE BRING YOUR VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED I.D. WITH YOU SO WE CAN CONFIRM YOUR AGE.
     

  • WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ALLOWING 1 CLIENT IN THE STUDIO AT A TIME. THIS MEANS THAT YOU MUST ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE, EVEN IF THE PERSON YOU ARE WITH IS FROM YOUR HOUSEHOLD. (THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN; PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ABLE TO LEAVE THEM WITH FAMILY OR A BABYSITTER WHILE YOU ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT).
     

  • SHOULD YOU FAIL TO ALLOW 72 BUSINESS HOURS NOTICE WHEN POSTPONING OR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING, WE WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM $50.00 DEPOSIT TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT.
     

  • ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, WE WILL BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE.
     

  • DUE TO THE CURRENT SOCIAL CLIMATE, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT WE MAY NEED TO POSTPONE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH VERY LITTLE NOTICE IF ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES DEVELOP COLD OR FLU SYMPTOMS.
     

  • SHOULD THIS HAPPEN, WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS WE KNOW SO WE CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

SOME HELPFUL TIPS:

  • ENSURE YOU HAVE EATEN & ARE WELL HYDRATED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
     

  • DON'T WEAR ANY CLOTHING YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO HAVE RUINED (INK DOESN'T WASH OUT).

  • DURING YOUR HEALING PERIOD (1 & 1/2 - 2 WEEKS) YOU CANNOT SUBMERGE YOUR TATTOO. NORMAL SHOWERING IS FINE (JUST DON'T LET THE WATER HIT YOUR TATTOO DIRECTLY), BUT YOU CANNOT GO SWIMMING IN ANY TYPE OF WATER.
     

  • YOU WILL ALSO NOT BE ABLE TO SIT OUT IN THE SUNSHINE (SEEING AS YOU CANNOT APPLY SUNSCREEN WHILE YOUR TATTOO IS HEALING). IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GOING AWAY TO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE SWIMMING OR SITTING IN THE SUN, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND POSTPONING YOUR APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE RETURNED FROM YOUR TRIP.
     

  • WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TATTOO OVER FRESH CUTS, ABRASIONS, SUNBURNS. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO AVOID THESE THINGS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO COME IN WITH DAMAGED SKIN, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE TATTOO FOR YOU THAT DAY.
