WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE PLACE A NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 DEPOSIT FOR EACH HOUR THAT IS BOOKED. (EXAMPLE: A 2 HOUR APPOINTMENT WOULD CALL FOR A $100.00 DEPOSIT).

WE DO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE PLACE THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS OF SETTING THE APPOINTMENT, OTHERWISE WE WILL NEED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING. SHOULD YOU MISS THE 48 BUSINESS HOUR TIMELINE, WE WILL BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE THE BOOKING FOR ANOTHER DAY ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

IF THE CANCELLATION IS DONE WITHIN THIS TIME, WE WILL BE ABLE TO TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSIT TO YOUR NEW BOOKING ONCE IT HAS BEEN SET.

IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THE BOOKING LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT STARTING TIME, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE ABSORBED TO COVER SOME OF OUR LOST TIME.
