APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS:

  • WE REQUIRE DEPOSITS ON APPOINTMENTS OF 2 HOURS AND LONGER, ON APPOINTMENTS BOOKED FAR IN ADVANCE OR ON RESCHEDULED MISSED APPOINTMENTS.
     

  • WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE PLACE A NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 DEPOSIT FOR EACH HOUR THAT IS BOOKED. (EXAMPLE: A 2 HOUR APPOINTMENT WOULD CALL FOR A $100.00 DEPOSIT).
     

  • WE DO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE PLACE THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS OF SETTING THE APPOINTMENT, OTHERWISE WE WILL NEED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING. SHOULD YOU MISS THE 48 BUSINESS HOUR TIMELINE, WE WILL BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE THE BOOKING FOR ANOTHER DAY ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
     

  • WE CAN ACCEPT THE DEPOSIT THROUGH E-TRANSFER (ink@uxbridgebodyart.com), OR OVER THE PHONE WITH A VISA OR MASTERCARD. (VISA-DEBIT & AMERICAN EXPRESS ARE NOT ACCEPTED).
     

  • THE DEPOSIT WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL PRICE OF YOUR FIRST SESSION.
     

  • IF YOU DO SEND THE DEPOSIT THROUGH E-TRANSFER, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE SEND US A SEPARATE EMAIL INCLUDING THE ANSWER TO THE SECURITY QUESTION SO THE DEPOSIT CAN BE PROCESSED.
     

  • SOMETIMES IT MAY TAKE US A FEW BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THE E-TRANSFER. YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR EMAIL FROM YOUR BANK ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED ON OUR END.
     

  • SHOULD YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT AFTER IT HAS BEEN BOOKED, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO SO A MINIMUM OF 72 BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT STARTING TIME.
     

  • IF THE CANCELLATION IS DONE WITHIN THIS TIME, WE WILL BE ABLE TO TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSIT TO YOUR NEW BOOKING ONCE IT HAS BEEN SET.
     

  • IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THE BOOKING LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT STARTING TIME, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE ABSORBED TO COVER SOME OF OUR LOST TIME.

ARTWORK DEPOSITS:

  • ON LARGER PIECES (FULL SLEEVES, BACK PIECES, ETC...), WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE PLACE A NON-REFUNDABLE $100.00 DEPOSIT BEFORE WE CAN PUT THE DRAWING INTO THE QUEUE.
     

  • WE CAN ACCEPT THE DEPOSIT THROUGH E-TRANSFER (ink@uxbridgebodyart.com), OR OVER THE PHONE WITH A VISA OR MASTERCARD. (VISA-DEBIT & AMERICAN EXPRESS ARE NOT ACCEPTED).
