Age Requirements
- Tattoos: 16 with parental consent, or 18 with valid ID
- Piercings General: 14 with parental consent, 18 with valid ID (with the exception of nipples, which are 18+)
- Eyebrow & Tongue Piercings: 16 with parental consent, 18 with valid ID
We do not under any circumstances to the following piercings on minors: nipples, genitals or large gauge piercings.
If you are under 18 and getting tattooed/pierced, your legal parent or guardian must be present in the studio with you. Your parent/guardian has to be here in the studio; they must sign the release from on the premises.
Valid Identification
- Current Driver’s License
- Other photo I.D. that declares date of birth
- Student picture I.D. with birth certificate
- Passport
- Parent must have current I.D. or driver’s license as well – and all necessary documents if last names or addresses are different.
- Legal Guardians must have legal guardian papers.
Rights of Refusal
We will not tattoo/pierce anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We will not tattoo/pierce anyone who appears to be incapable of making a sound decision due to illness or mental illness preventing reasonable judgment.
